Tagging the age group is what lets its coordinator see this trial. "Whole club" keeps it to club admins.

Clubs

Every club on the platform. Only you (platform admin) can see this.

A club admin runs everything inside their club — age groups, seasons, teams and coaches. They get an email invite.

Seasons

Each season holds its own squads, teams, players and sessions.

Choosing a season to copy brings over its squads and teams (no players). Otherwise you'll add squads and teams below.

Players

Players belong to the season selected at the top of the screen.

Needs a name column and a team column. Team must match a team in this season. Players already in this season are skipped.

Tap a player to rename them, move them between teams, or take them out of the season.

Import attendance

Load historical attendance into the selected season in one go.

First column: player name. Every other column header: a training date (e.g. 3/2/2026, day first, or 2026-02-03). Cells hold attendance in whatever shorthand you used — after reading the file you'll map each value to a status before anything imports. Sessions are created automatically for each date (existing sessions on that date are reused). Players must already exist in this season.

Fixtures

Link this age group to its Basketball Connect competition, then match each team.

Open your competition on Basketball Connect and copy competitionUniqueKey out of the address bar. Leave this empty to turn fixtures off for this age group.

Match each Koachify team to its Basketball Connect team. Fixtures follow the team, so a side regraded into a different pool keeps working with no changes here.

Which divisions to search. Basketball Connect spells age groups its own way — "U14 Boys", not "Under 14 Boys" — so every word here has to appear in the division's name. Leave it as it comes unless the search finds nothing.

Fixtures refresh on their own every hour. Use this if you do not want to wait — after a Friday night, for instance.

Coaches

Approve people who registered, and set what each coach can see.

They get an email with a link to set their password. Their role and teams are assigned here, so they land straight in with the right access — nothing to approve afterwards.

People who registered from the sign-in screen without an invite. Give them a role to let them in.

Tap a coach to change their role, teams or extra access.

Venues

The places your club trains and plays. A training session picks one of these, so the events list can say where to go.

Club fixtures

Pulls every game in the competition with your club's name on it — all age groups at once, with no teams to map. Separate from the per-age-group Fixtures setup, which stays as it is.

The competitionUniqueKey from the Basketball Connect address bar. Leave empty to turn the club-wide view off.

Every word here must appear in a team's name over there, so a club name like "Southern Tigers" finds "U14B Southern Tigers 3" but never Sturt or Northern Tigers. Leave empty to use the club name.

Marked out on the fixtures screen so you can see at a glance which teams are at your own venue. A partial name is fine.

Age groups

Age groups inside this club, and who coordinates them.

They get an email invite, and run that age group once they accept.
